The Environmental Health and Safety Center is dedicated to ensuring a safe and healthful environment and constructing a sustainable campus for all students, faculty, and staff. Its major responsibilities include drafting and implementing recycling programs to minimize pollution and waste, reducing the consumption of earth resources, monitoring environmental protection and occupational safety and hygiene, providing related training activities and courses, and disposing of general, toxic and hazardous wastes.
