The Office of General Affairs aims to provide adequate support and quality services for students, faculty, and staff, ranging from processing and filing official documents, purchasing equipment and other commodities, distributing salary and collecting various bills to supervising janitorial service, preserving the campus environment, maintaining campus safety, repairing and building campus buildings and classrooms, providing water and electric facilities, and managing the property of the Institute. In short, the Office strives to support the faculty members in teaching and research activities and provide students with a safe, comfortable learning environment so that they can pursue excellence in their endeavors.

In order to reach the goal, we make every effort to computerize administrative tasks, simplify administration procedures, economize the cost, and offer a complete and integrated support and service. Honesty, efficiency, originality, and professionalism are the principles we stick to. We hope each and every member of the community is well taken care of and enjoys their lives here on campus.

Since the duties of the Office are diverse and varied, it is composed of five sections: Documentation Section, General Affairs Section, Cashiers Section, Construction and Maintenance Section, and Property Management Section. Providing quality services is essential to our pursuit of excellence.
